Electrical Compliance Requirements
Cable & Co Electrical offers a regular scheduled service for all building and body corporate
clients. 

Let us worry about your Body Corporate and Strata Electrical Compliance, so you don’t have to. We will schedule regular testing and inspections as per the relevant legislation and compliance requirements
tailored to your building needs.
We offer a complimentary site assessment and quote which will provide you with a fixed fee
annual cost for your electrical compliance.

Compliance items:
Emergency Lighting – 6 monthly
Communal Smoke Alarm Test – 12 monthly
Switchboard Inspections – 2 yearly
Communal/ Office Safety Switch Test – 2 yearly
Office Test and Tag – 5 yearly

In addition to the services above, we will also replace any blown lamps, tubes and starters
in the common area light fittings during our visits and adjust any communal lighting timers
if required for seasonal change as part of our fixed fee. Any lamps/ bulbs supplied would be
an additional cost.
